Make a privacy request

Texas residents can ask us to access, correct, delete, or provide a copy of the personal information submitted to us, under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA).

How to submit a request

Email us at ops@dockdoordispatch.com and tell us what you'd like us to do. To help us find your information and confirm it's really you, include:

  • The type of request — access, correct, delete, portable copy, or appeal.
  • The name, email, and phone you used on the request.
  • The business name or service address, if there was one.
  • Roughly when you submitted it.

What happens next

We'll acknowledge your request and respond within the timeframe the TDPSA provides. We may need to verify your identity before acting, especially for deletion or a copy of your data. If we can't honor a request, we'll tell you why, and you can appeal by replying to our response.

A note on deletion

If you ask us to delete a request that's still being routed, doing so may stop a contractor from being able to follow up on it. That's usually fine — just know it's the trade-off. Contractors who already received and saved your request are separate businesses; you may need to contact them directly about anything they hold.
